§ 9. [Acceptance by company.]

Latest version.

Company shall, within 30 days from the date of the final passage of this ordinance by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Vidor, Texas, file with the City Secretary of Vidor, Texas, a written statement signed in its name and behalf in the following form:

To the Honorable Mayor and the Board of Aldermen of the City of Vidor, Texas:

Gulf States Utilities Company, for itself, and its successors and assigns, hereby accepts the attached ordinance finally passed by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Vidor, Texas, the 25th day of August, 1960, and agrees to be bound by all of its terms and provisions.
